Third weigh in today and it was a good one. In total, according to the Weight Watchers tracker I lost 4.2 pounds. I must have put the weight in wrong last week because what I have here on my blog versus what I have in weight watchers is different. Last week, weight watchers shows 312 pounds. Oh well. A loss is a loss and now I'll be on the predictable 2 to 3 pound a week loss expected from doing Weight Watchers.
This week I am kicking in the exercise to help bust down this fat and get my middle aged metabolism moving. Fat just doesn't come off too easy at this age. Again, it's the visceral fat inside and around the heart that is the killer so exercises that pay particular attention to this are being done.
Visceral fat is a type of fat that surrounds the organs deep within your abdomen. You can't see this type of fat, because it lies underneath the subcutaneous layer. If you have a large midsection or have accumulated excess belly fat over the years, there is a good chance you have visceral fat. Getting rid of it can be accomplished through exercise and die

2 Mission carb balance 10" soft tortilla's (4 pts)
2 tbsp Philidelphia Cream Cheese (1 pt)
1 oz (4 Slices) Oscar Mayer Smoked Shaved Ham (1 pt)
2 (Market Pantry) Pickled Asparagus Spear (0 pts)
Bunches of organic variety lettuce (0 pts)
What to do: Pile each - Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on half of each tortilla. Add two slices of ham on top of each tortilla. Add 1 asparagus spear to each tortilla. Add lettuce to each tortilla. Roll them up and enjoy!
